MAXIMUM TAX REBATE:

An investor can implicitly earn a return from 10.0% to 15.0% (based on the income level) simply by saving tax in a financial year. IDLC Income fund does not have any limit in terms of TAX eligible investment for TAX rebate. Whereas all other options including Sanchay patra (up to BDT 10 Million), DPS (up to BDT 60,000) have ceilings in terms of TAX eligible investment and FDR is not eligible for TAX rebate.

HOW MONEY OF IDLC INCOME FUND WILL BE INVESTED:

40%-60% of this fund will be invested in Govt. securities or Govt. backed securities. So, this is highly safe and cost-efficient fund yielding stable/regular return.

  • Treasury Bills available of different maturities i.e. 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 91 days, 181 days, 364 days
  • Treasury bonds available of different maturities i.e. 2 yr, 3yr, 5 yr, 10 yr, 15 yr, 20 yr
Corporate Bonds
  • Two listed corporate bonds: one issued by Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd. And other issued by Ashuganj Power Station Company Ltd.
  • Privately issued corporate bonds
FDRs
  • Fixed deposits of well governed banks
IPOs
  • Companies collecting funds from primary market

*Surrender Amount will be based on the prevailing NAV if the holding period is 360 days or more. There will be an exit load for surrender less than 360 Days and it will be applicable as 2% Exit Load on NAV if Holding period is less than 90 days, 1.5% for 90 days to less than 180 days, 1% for 180 days to less than 360 days
